Free previews
A preview is a free sample design. It does not create any obligation for you or for us. It may show your shop’s public details; we take it down whenever you ask.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our prices page and confirmed in writing before you order. Unless we agree otherwise, you pay 50% when you say yes and 50% on launch day. Prices are fixed for the work we agreed; extra work is quoted first and only done with your OK.
What you provide
You give us the text, photos, prices and details you want on your site, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You check the site before it goes live.
Who owns what
Once paid in full, you own your domain, your content and the finished design of your site. We may show a screenshot of your site in our examples unless you ask us not to.
Care plan
The care plan is monthly and you can cancel any month. It covers the services listed on the prices page.
Your data and your customers’ data
If we host your site or handle its forms, we act as your data processor: we use your customers’ data only to run your site, keep it secure, and delete or return it when we stop working together. We give you a short written data processing agreement on request.
Our responsibility
We build with care and fix our own mistakes free of charge. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services (such as domain registrars, hosting outages or payment providers) or by content you supplied. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
Ending the work
You can stop at any time. You pay for work done up to that point, and we hand over what you have paid for.
